SHIFT is an annual case competition sponsored and hosted by KPMG and Consulting Careers Initiative (CCI). This year, SHIFT is partnering with The Rotman School of Management, The Faculty of Information (iSchool), and the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. CCI recruits students from a diverse background and assigns them to interdisciplinary teams in order to tackle a challenging policy case over the course of one week. The event provides students with the experience of presenting ideas to senior leaders in the private sector and the public sector and to compete for first round interviews at KPMG and cash prizes.
